At the end of Grand Central
The building on the left Image at the corner of Wellington Road and Grand Central hosts a number of welfare services providers including the Children in Care Council, Mosaic (services for people affected by substance abuse) and other family and children's support services. It had previously been used by the debt-management company First Step who went into liquidation in 2014 after the directors were disqualified for taking client funds.
