Childers Street: Donovan Brothers
This plaque given the name of the one time occupant of what is now a vacant warehouse Image although their name still appears on the top of the building as seen from the railway Image Donovan Brothers are now based in Sidcup about 10 miles away www.donovanbros.com

Factories on Childers Street, Deptford
In an area with rapid redevelopment of industrial sites for housing, this is one of the few remaining streets with industrial use (as of 2009, Douglas's cardboard box factory at the near end on the corner of Rolt Street, and SR Communications at the far end).
