Greenwich Creekside: ready to occupy
An apartment block between Creek Road and Copperas Street, titled "Greenwich Creekside" to sound more upmarket although it is on the Deptford side of the creek (historically much more downmarket). It was completed in 2010. For photos of the block in construction see Image and Image

The Hoy, Deptford
I did wonder whether this cafe had been renamed in honour of Britain's Olympic medal winning cyclist Sir Chris Hoy, but no, it has been called that for a long time Image and presumably the name was that of its original incarnation as a Truman's pub.
