The Terrace SE8
Part of the Pepys Estate https://municipaldreams.wordpress.com/2015/08/04/the-pepys-estate-deptford-for-the-peaceful-enjoyment-and-well-being-of-londoners/ a former Royal Navy victualling yard dating back as far as Henry VIII, it was redeveloped in the 1960's for social housing.

'Z' building, Deptford
The "Z" building started life as Aragon Tower, one of three 24-storey local authority blocks of flats on the Pepys Estate built in 1962. The block was sold to a private developer in around 2005, to provide the London Borough of Lewisham with funds to regenerate the rest of the estate. Aragon Tower was renamed, and five more floors were added to the top.

Aragon Tower
Aragon Tower on the Pepys Estate in Deptford is one of London's tallest, privately owned residential towers at 92 metres with 29 floors. It contains 158 residential apartments. Previously owned by Lewisham Council, the building was sold to Berkeley Homes and converted in 2006 to private residences. The conversion of the building featured in a BBC TV series 'The Tower: A Tale of Two Cities'.
