Shop sign, Catford
On the corner of Brownhill Road and Plassy Road, Catford, is a boarded-up derelict building of 1911. The only visual clue to its former function is a fragment of glass etched facia shown in the image: the building was a retail establishment run by the South Suburban Co-operative Society. Locally listed, described at this http://councilmeetings.lewisham.gov.uk/documents/s19163/Additions%20to%20Local%20Listing.pdf.
