Chapel, Hither Green Cemetery
This was originally the Church of England chapel here. It is almost a mirror design to the non-conformist chapel here (there are detail differences and a considerably different tower) which is boarded up and fenced off. This remains in use, presumably for all comers, if their scruples allow.

Tomb, Hither Green Cemetery
Inscribed over the door is 'For the hour is coming in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth'. Thankfully that hour is yet to come. The curious insertion of 'the' jars to the modern ear. It appears to be in the King James version of the Bible.
