One of a number of mid-C19th villas near the hospitals. This is a nice example of a common type - stock brick, three bays, two storeys over a basement, hipped roof. Extra touches here are the Doric porch and margin glazing. Grade II listed.

95 Denmark Hill
One of a number of mid-C19th villas near the hospitals. This one is distinguished by brick pilasters and a prominent bracketed cornice. It is also a storey higher than most. Dated c1842. Grade II listed.
