Litter on the west side of Denmark Hill, Camberwell, south London
An effect of Storm Doris was to shift all the litter from the east side of Denmark Hill, top, to the west side, where it was still being blown about.

"Hey Doris! You've dropped some litter" ? west side of Denmark Hill, Camberwell, London
An effect of Storm Doris was to shift all the litter from the east side of Denmark Hill to the west side, where it was still being blown about by minor gusts and the slipstream of buses.

Butterfly mural, Denmark Hill, Camberwell
The butterfly shown is a Camberwell Beauty, so called because the first known British specimen was found here. The species is not native to Britain, occasionally straying here across the channel, so its presence in Camberwell was an accident: nonetheless, the area is extremely proud of its namesake butterfly. Camberwell-based band The House of Love used the butterfly on the cover of their self-titled LP: see http://www.discogs.com/House-Of-Love-The-House-Of-Love/release/4308061.
For a closer view of the mural, see

The author who named the Camberwell Beauty also suggested as an alternative name the Grand Surprise: some miles to the south in Shirley the butterfly appears on the sign of the Surprise pub

Buses, Denmark Hill, Camberwell, London
Camberwell is a hub for bus services. There are bus stands in Orpheus Street for services that turn round here. There are two bus garages in the area: see below. The tree lives in Camberwell Green.
David Kemp, Editor of the London Bus Review, writes (March 2016):
Camberwell is a garage from which the Go-Ahead subsidiary London Central operates contracts awarded to it by Transport for London (TfL). Its official address is Warner Road and it stands on the corner of Warner Road and Camberwell New Road [though the buses themselves enter and leave the garage in Camberwell Station Road http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4872083 ]. Standing opposite Camberwell Garage on Camberwell New Road is Walworth Garage (a former tram depot) from which another company - Abellio - also operates TfL contracts. Hope this is helpful!

Bus stands, Orpheus Street, Camberwell Green
Buses terminating at Camberwell Green wait here while drivers take a break before returning. Cowling & Wilcox, on the right, is a well-stocked shop for artists' materials, equipment and more.
