A large Victorian or Edwardian house, the fire escape on the right suggesting it has recently been in institutional use. Empty at the time of the photo, ripe for conversion to dozens of flats I'd have thought.

Grove Crescent, Camberwell Grove
A pleasant, gently curving group set back from the road. Latest Georgian, by which time the hegemony of the Georgian terrace was weakening in favour of more informal groupings such as the semi-detached pairs, and variations such as in the roofs seen here. Built c1830. Grade II listed.
