197-201 Grove Lane
Nos. 197-199 are a pair dating from 1824. Paired porch, and ground floor windows set in blank arches. The detached no. 201 (Spring Mount) has the same date on its good Greek Doric porch. Grade II listed.

Or technically on Langford Green, seen from Champion Hill, and looking at first sight much older than the semis behind it, which face Grove Lane. But this lodge-like single-storey house is dated 1968.

Dulwich: 31 Champion Hill
This very large detached house would have been built for occupancy by one family, probably with 2-3 servants, whose rooms would have been on the top floor. It is most probably multi-occupied now, although there are no obvious signs of this, and it remains in almost original external condition.
