17 Morden Road, Blackheath
This house was the former home of Charles Gounod, a 17th Century Composer.
On the house is a blue plaque. See Image

Entrance to Morden College
Morden College opened in 1700 for the benefit of poor, elderly merchants of good character who were either bachelors or widowers and who had failed in business through no particular fault of their own.
