Former Royal Hospital for Incurables, Crown Lane
A charitable institution now known as the British Home. Most of the building shown here was built to the designs of Arthur Cawston in 1894 in a neo-Tudor style. It was extended to the left in 1913 by E.T. Hall, and again in the 1990s.
