Designed and executed by Sydney March of Farnborough, Kent. Unveiled by Rt. Hon Lord Robert Cecil in 1920. Now Grade II listed.

Junction at Bell Green
With extensive roadworks, part of the large-scale development of the area. To the right is the A212 to Catford; ahead is the B227 to Forest Hill. Livesey Memorial Hall, Bell Green
Grade II listed Hall on Perry Hill. Built 1911 by S.Y.Shoubridge for the employees of the South Suburban Gas Company. Erected as a memorial for Sir George Livesey (1834-1908), Chairman of the company.
