The Chandos, Brockley Rise
The Chandos was one of those London pubs which many people knew existed but fewer had ever been there. The reason was that, like the Swan and Sugar Loaf at South Croydon it was on the destination blind of London Transport buses. This is the view of The Chandos across Codrington Hill, with Brockley Rise on the left.

Forest Hill: Honor Oak Park Post Office
The post office is situated on Brockley Rise and is shuttered up now that it is beyond closing time on a Saturday. The shutters have a square hole to maintain access to the cashpoint.
Honor Oak Park has had a post office since 1 June 1893.

Brockley View, Honor Oak Park
View is certainly an appropriate street name. This vista across south London towards the City emphasises the extent to which London is a low-rise city with tall blocks pretty much confined to one part of the central area.
