Nos. 197-199 are a pair dating from 1824. Paired porch, and ground floor windows set in blank arches. The detached no. 201 (Spring Mount) has the same date on its good Greek Doric porch. Grade II listed.

186-190 Camberwell Grove
Part of a quality late Georgian terrace. Each house of three storeys plus basement, and three bays. Continuous cast-iron balconies, arched ground floor windows. Grade II listed. Camberwell Grove is almost exclusively Georgian. Development appears to have been piecemeal with a variety of schemes.
