Penge High Street and the Bridge House pub from the train
From a train climbing up the old London, Brighton and South Coast Railway branch from Sydenham to Crystal Palace, we look down on the former LB&SCR main line from which this separated half a mile back. Just to the right of the pub lies Penge West station.
