63 Croydon Road
An office block dominating its surroundings of mainly standard Victorian housing. There is a car dealership on the ground floor, and at least part of the building was in the process of being converted into a hotel. Penge is perhaps not the most obvious location for a hotel, but I expect the name alone attracts a few visitors.
