71 Beulah Hill
A stuccoed villa of 1860 which has been given a lick of paint in the past few years. The rejection of Georgian symmetry is complete. A bit hard to make out behind the tree but it has a turret on the roof with a glazed dome. Grade II listed.

75 and 77 Beulah Hill
Two late-C18th or early-C19th stuccoed villas. No. 75 has full-height canted bays and a porch with ball finials. A plaque records that, "Joan & Alan Warwick Founder members of the Norwood Society and noted local historians lived here 1946-1973". Grade II listed.
Beyond is No. 77, with full-height bows. Grade II listed.
