Croydon Borough arms on decommissioned lamp-post, Kingslyn Crescent, SE19

Spa Close, Upper Norwood
Spa Close is a short cul-de-sac at the top of South Norwood Hill. A footpath at the end leads down to Kingslyn Crescent. A blur of blue between trees hints at a big view. The roadname refers to the Beulah Spa on Beulah Hill, fashionable in the early nineteenth century. Photo number 7650185.
