Jenson Way, SE19
Four blocks of flats make up the Vixen Grove estate: a small estate owned by its residents, comprising Jenson Way, Hetley Gardens and numbers 34-39 Braybrooke Gardens. This is the lower of two car parks on the estate, with 1-18 Jenson Way to the right and 19-27 Jenson Way on the left. The majority of the estate is two-bedroom flats or maisonettes, with 1-18 Jenson Way the only block made up of one-bedroom flats. (At the time of the photograph, over half of the latter block was no longer owner-occupied: some owners moved away and rented their flats out rather than selling, but for some these flats had become buy-to-let investments.)
