Central Hill estate ? estate plan
North on the plan is at approximately 10 o'clock. The vertical arrangement of the estate can only be appreciated and experienced by being there, although photographs capture some of the exhilarating views upwards and downwards.

These are the front entrances of the flats seen on the right in Image Flats is perhaps a misnomer; these homes are more like terraced maisonettes, if not houses.

Central Hill estate ? Oakwood Drive vehicle entry off Roman Rise
The drive leads to parking, and the blocks Rommany Prospect, in view, and Lambeth Prospect. The colourful hoarding, heavy with PR, surrounds a large development site at the western corner of the estate. There have been protests about it and the threatened demolition of the estate.

Each flat in the lower terrace, left, will have a front entrance, often highly personalised, and a small private outside space. They have the Wychwood Way address.
