A colourful building of prefabricated construction. The building was commissioned by the Peabody Trust to house key workers such as nurses and teachers in London.

21 Webber Street
Brick and terracotta, built c1910 for the Maltina Bakery Company (Southwark Council).
Despite being in a conservation area, and the loss of similar industrial neighbours which lend the area its character, this building has since been demolished behind the facades.
