Gate piers and Plantagenet House, Woolwich Church Street
On the far left are C19th gate piers, formerly to the naval dockyard. The friezes are adorned with carved anchors and ropes. Grade II listed.
Plantagenet House, far right, is one of several bulky blocks of flats with full-height bay windows and chunky service towers. Most likely dating from the 1970s although they also have a slightly Art Deco feel.
