A funny little survival, not much to look at, but formerly the house and offices of eminent south London architect Michael Searles, built 1800. One wonders why he didn't knock himself up something more lavish. Grade II listed.

This is where you will find Dynamic Gospel Ministries. This is one of many independent churches in the area, most of them apparently catering for the Nigerian Community.
