This bit shows Sir Joseph Bazalgette ( he of the London Sewer System) confronting the Great Stink of 1858. Not sure what the kettle signifies though.

Old Justice pub, Bermondsey Wall West
Closed since 2017 but a campaign exists to re-open it as a community owned pub. It was used by Paul McCartney as a setting in his film "Give My Regards To Broad Street" and in the video for "No More Lonely Nights".
