I think this may be called the Goldsmith Estate. The red tiled roofs, orange and yellow brick create a striking, cheerful and warm appearance. On the right in shadow is Primrose House.

Spring blossom at Christmas, Peckham
A block of flats in the Oliver Goldsmith Estate in Peckham, at midday on Christmas Day 2015.
December 2015 was unseasonably mild. The tree to the right of the image already has spring blossom, several months earlier than normal.
