Girdlers Cottages, Peckham
These almshouses, also known as Payln's Almshouses are in Choumert Road, Peckham, on the corner of Choumert Grove. They were built by the Girdler's Company in 1852. The original buildings in Old Street, which were founded in 1612-3, were destroyed in the Great Fire.
