McDermott Road Community Garden has entrances on McDermott Road and Costa Street. The garden used to be on the west side of Costa Street in the playground of Bellenden Primary School but was relocated over the road. It was featured in Charlie Dimmock's TV show 'Charlie's Garden Army'.

Girdlers Cottages, Peckham
These almshouses, also known as Payln's Almshouses are in Choumert Road, Peckham, on the corner of Choumert Grove. They were built by the Girdler's Company in 1852. The original buildings in Old Street, which were founded in 1612-3, were destroyed in the Great Fire.

Stating the obvious in Peckham
