This mural is by the South African artist known as Faith47. It is based on Guido Reni's Europa and the Bull which is in the Dulwich Art gallery.

Cuthbert Beeston was a Master of the Girdlers' Company and funded seven almshouses near the old London Bridge in 1582. The Company sold the site in the 1820s to the builders of the new London Bridge. The premises are L-shaped, with this newer facade on Gordon Road and an older front on Nunhead Green.

Erected by the Girdler's Company, 1834, according to the inscription. A two storey central block flanked by single storey units facing each other across the garden.
