This mural is by the South African artist known as Faith47. It is based on Guido Reni's Europa and the Bull which is in the Dulwich Art gallery.

Cuthbert Beeston was a Master of the Girdlers' Company and funded seven almshouses near the old London Bridge in 1582. The Company sold the site in the 1820s to the builders of the new London Bridge. There area a lot of murals to be found around this area of South East London. This one is tucked away by Wivenhoe Close, part of a housing estate between Nunhead and Peckham Rye.

Erected by the Girdler's Company, 1834, according to the inscription. A two storey central block flanked by single storey units facing each other across the garden. A grade II listed building.
