Cornmill Gardens (1)
This new public open space was completed in September 2007. It was developed in partnership with residents, Lewisham Council, Building Design Partnership, Skanska, the Environment Agency, London and Quadrant Housing Trust and Tower Homes.
By September 2009 the blue hoardings around the northern part of the site, seen in this photo, proclaimed that a leisure centre is to be built there.

Renaissance Building, Lewisham (3)
These large modern apartments are beside the A20 Loampit Vale.
It is part of a large development (by Barratt Homes) near Lewisham railway station.
This building will be called 'Torre Vista' behind the multi-coloured hoarding The Glass Mill will also be constructed - a new leisure centre, incorporating an eight-lane, 25 metre swimming pool, a teaching pool, a gym, a café and crèche, a health spa and an indoor climbing wall .
