Hither Green: Station Parade
It is difficult to believe now that, up to 1905 when the parade was built, this area was all open fields, apart from the railway. This is at the south-western end of Staplehurst Road.

Former Globe Theatre, Staplehurst Road, SE13
I cannot be sure, but I think that this building is the former theatre mentioned in "Edith's Streets" http://edithsstreets.blogspot.com/2010/03/thames-tributary-ravensbourne-quaggy_10.html which says that it was built in "1913. Promoted by the Green Man on Blackheath. It was for sale within a year and closed a year later. Became a biscuit factory, soda works, and engineering. Still standing in the 1980s. "
