Kennington Park Road SE11
This section of road is where, briefly, the A23 and the A3 converge. They are two strategic routes out to the south and the south west of London. Given that there is another busy and strategic road just behind this shot (the A202) it is not surprising that this section can be quite a bottleneck at peak times.
