Picnic tables near Aberporth
Some permanent or semi-permanent picnic style tables and seating have been installed here, at no little cost I guess, to enable visitors to sit or sit and eat / drink in comfort. I hope they are well used.

Cliffs at Aberporth
Along the coast to the east of Aberporth, the cliffs extend for some way until you reach the beach at Tresaith, which gives over to Penbryn beach and then in turn to the cliffs in the distance here, leading towards Llangrannog.

Part of the coast path between Aberporth and Tresaith
Here a hardstanding picnic area has been established, the first of its kind that I have seen in such a place in Wales. Built, I'm sure, to encourage visitors to leave their caravans, cafe seats, or cars and spend some high quality time actually in the environment. Without the risks associated with sitting on the ground (few level surfaces, mobility / flexibility problems, wet grass, brambles / gorse / nettles, creepy-crawlies, or worse). It has certainly got one of the best views, so I hope it is much used.

Very small beach at Aberporth
A tiny cove, well around the corner from the main beach area, and inaccessible from above or at high tide. A bit of (easy) scrambling at low tide from the main beach brings you here, but you'd probably not want to bring a family of kids that way!

Old chapel conversion in Aberporth
The large building here used to be a chapel I think and has now been converted, with flair, into a home or holiday accommodation. It is rare, I think, that such conversions work, as the old use doesn't always lend itself to adapting into a really liveable space. Oh my God, I'm starting to sound like a property programme.
