One of the minor gentry houses of Pembrokeshire with original features nicely preserved. Behind is a substantial farm and the coast is only a kilometre away.

Pollarded beech trees near Llwyngwair
Along one of the many paths and tracks through the woods of the old estate of Llwyngwair manor, these beech trees seemed to have been pollarded long ago. The estate would no doubt have been self-sufficient in timber and woodland products.
