The building, 235 High Street, was where Henry Alfred Chapman (1844-1915) set up his shop, photographic studio and family home. Chapman was mayor of Swansea (1892-93). The office with a dark blue nameboard is the Public Defender Service (PDS) at 4-6 Orchard Street in Swansea city centre.
