The office with a dark blue nameboard is the Public Defender Service (PDS) at 4-6 Orchard Street in Swansea city centre. PDS is a department of the Legal Aid Agency that operates alongside private providers delivering a full range of services within the criminal defence market, from advice and representation at the police station and magistrates courts through to advocacy in the higher courts. Also in view are First Coffee and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
