The River Don in Attercliffe
Viewed upstream from the B6083 Newhall Bridge in Attercliffe. Much of Sheffield's metal industry began to disappear throughout the 1980s and 90s, however, there's still plenty of industrial activity along the banks of this stretch of the river through Attercliffe.

Five Weirs Walk, Attercliffe
The Five Weirs Walk, which was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Sheffield in February 2007, runs for 8km between Sheffield city centre and Meadowhall alongside the River Don. At this point, leading off Newhall Road bridge, the path is sandwiched between the river and a large blue industrial building.
