Collier's Pond in Ecclesall Woods
The pond was created in 2009 on the site of an abandoned ganister mine and has become a haven for wildlife. It has recently been fenced off to prevent dogs from swimming there. The pond was named Colliers Pond through a competition held at nearby Dobcroft Primary School
