Entrance Door to Demolished Hall

WWII Inscription at Ravenfield
This is a quiet place now but Italian Prisoners of War were once interred at Ravenfield Hall. Conscripts etched this message which can be seen next to a doorway by the demolished house.

Partly infilled overbridge
The land formerly occupied by the railway both to east and west of this bridge has been infilled but the bridge itself on the west side has been left alone. Presumably this is to make the pipework less accessible to vandals.
