Civic Building, Rotherham
I'm sure one day buildings like this (if they last) will be appreciated as part of Britain's architectural heritage. But in the meantime my mind finds itself reminded of some of the excesses of Ceausescu's Bucharest. Postscript: Work on this building started in 1972. It was demolished in 2013.
