New industrial buildings
This area was once dominated by the coal mine at Markham. Since the mine has shut much work has taken place landscaping and encouraging new industry. New access to and from the M1 has also been provided to give good road links.

Embankment by the A632
Seen from the footpath, with a tall hedge between the path and the road creating a screen, so this view may be a surprise even to regular travellers along the road. Part of Bolsover can be seen on the hillside beyond.

Path by the A632 Chesterfield Road
The track is by the section west of the motorway. It's existence came as a surprise despite having travelled the road often since moving to Boslover 9 month ago, as was the size of the embankment to the left.
