Old Wayside Cross - Catshaw Cross by the B6106, Lee Lane
Catshaw Cross, old shaft and base by the B6106, in parish of Penistone (Barnsley District), Lee Lane, 40m West of junction with Catshaw Lane, in an alcove of the stone wall at boundary with Dunford Parish.
Grade II Listed.

Catshaw Cross, on the boundary between Dunford and Thurlstone
This is a scheduled ancient monument. The octagonal base is thought to be medieval but the shaft has what might be a 19C date inscribed near the top. It serves as both a wayside cross and a boundary stone.
