Northbound freight train on the ex-GC main line at Beighton
View SE, towards Nottingham; ex-Great Central main line, Sheffield (Victoria) - Nottingham (Victoria) - London (Marylebone). The train is passing Holbrook Colliery Sidings and approaching Beighton Station: it is a Class F (apparently empties). The locomotive is ex-War Department 2-8-0 No. 90002, one of the 733 taken over by BR after the War.
