Last orders at the Hearty Oak, Dronfield Woodhouse
Formerly the Hearts of Oak and about to be demolished to make way for 6 detached houses. Here it is in 2012, not long after it had been relaunched as the Hearty Oak, a venture that must have cost the owners a lot of cash and no reward as it lasted no more than 3 years before closure in late 2013, or January 2014; http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3801248

The Hearty Oak at Dronfield Woodhouse
Formerly known as the Hearts of Oak until a makeover about 2011. Sadly it hasn't lasted long and is now (January 2014) locked up and available for another tenant or owner. Whether the building can be retained as a pub/restaurant remains to be seen. There are several other licensed premises within a mile. The building itself is probably at risk.
