Banner Cross Hall from Ecclesall Churchyard
The present day Banner Cross Hall is Grade II listed and dates from 1821, however an Elizabethan mansion was located on the site prior to this.

Brincliffe Towers in Chelsea Park, Sheffield
Built in 1874 for a successful local accountant - Alfred Allott. In more recent years it was a residential home for the elderly until being sold off in 2011. I understand that it is currently undergoing refurbishment before becoming a private family home once again.

This Grade 2 listed building now house the main offices of the Henry Boot construction group but once it was the palatial country home of the Murray family, built between 1817 and 1821.
