Club Garden Road in May 2008
Victorian terraced houses on Club Garden Rd. The 1960's tower-blocks in the background are now being refurbished with external cladding. Work on the modern tower-block next to the crane appears to have come to a halt since this photo was taken.

Premier corner shop
The corner of Sharrow Lane and Wostenholm Road. The visible part of an old painted sign gives the business name as Gowers. I don't know what they would have sold.
