A high block already high on a hill, so good views are to be had, especially south. Two route 175 buses wait at their northern terminus for their appointed time to return to Dagenham.

Havering Court Nursing Home Entrance
Situated in Havering road, it is run by BUPA. It is on the site of the old Havering Court, (originally called Cromwell House, it was enlarged and renamed Rose Court, before having its name changed again,) which had a large swimming pool open to the public.
