South Stifford Tank Farm or Oil Depot
This appears as 'Tank Farm' on some maps. It appears to be of mixed use, not just an oil depot. This was taken from a ridge of chalk at the access path to Gray's Gorge, part of the Chafford Gorges reserve of the Essex Wildlife Trust (http://www.essexwt.org.uk/visitor_centres__nature_reserves/chafford_gorges/ ).

Common Spotted Orchid
This Common Spotted Orchid (Dactylorhiza fuchsii) was in Grays Chalk Pit (now rather ostentatiously renamed Grays Gorge). The worked out quarry is part of the Chafford Gorges Nature reserve owned by Essex Wildlife Trust See http://www.essexwt.org.uk/visitor_centres__nature_reserves/chafford_gorges/
