Ouborough, Godstone
Aka Rooksnest. Late C18th, altered early C19th. It has a portico of four Ionic columns. Grade II listed.
I believe this is now a hotel and the green in front has succumbed to those who like to spoil a good walk.

Streete Court
Late 18th century mansion overlooking Godstone Golf Club. Past occupants included Sir George Gilbert Scott who lived here in the 1870s. From 1954 to 1994 it housed a boy's boarding school. Planning permission has now been granted for conversion to a hotel.
