Thomas Cubitt
Bronze statue of this former resident of Dorking, sited opposite the Dorking Halls. He was a builder in Victorian days, operating in many fashionable London districts.

New Parade
1930s parade at the junction of London Road and High Street. Prior to its building the site was occupied by Lonsdale House and its grounds, a name commemorated in Lonsdale Road at the back of the site.

Pippbrook
Mole Valley District Council's offices, dating from 1984. The architect was Norwich-based Michael Innes. The site has a "certificate of immunity" meaning that there is no intention to provide it listed status during the currency of the certificate - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1396637.
