New Parade
1930s parade at the junction of London Road and High Street. Prior to its building the site was occupied by Lonsdale House and its grounds, a name commemorated in Lonsdale Road at the back of the site.

Mole Valley District Council's offices, dating from 1984. The architect was Norwich-based Michael Innes. The site has a "certificate of immunity" meaning that there is no intention to provide it listed status during the currency of the certificate - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1396637.
